Packaging

All jewellery is individually packaged in a gift box - ready for giving.  We're very aware of the impact that online shopping has on the environment and have made the effort to remove as much plastic as possible. Our jewelry boxes, crinkle paper, outer shipping boxes and packing tape are fully recyclable and plastic free.  The only component that is made from plastic is the little piece of cotton polyester inside the jewelry box that helps prevent tarnish.

Processing Times

Orders will be processed 1-3 days after payment, Monday to Friday. Orders will not be processed/shipped on national holidays and will be shipped on the following business day.  Please note that we are shipping from Canada and in addition to the processing days required, orders will take 1-2 weeks within Canada, 1-2 weeks to the U.S. and 3-5 weeks for all other destinations. Please be patient and understand that every piece is made by hand and packaged carefully with love. Shipping delays are often the result of customs checking parcels at the border. 

Local Toronto Pickup

We love meeting our customers in person!  Unfortunately due to time constraints, we can no longer accommodate pick up requests.  All orders must be placed online to help us keep orders organized.  But if you'd really like to meet us, please sign up for our newsletter to see if we'll be doing any shows near you!  

Wrong Address

A $5 USD processing fee applies (for US orders) and $10 USD processing fee applies (for Canadian orders) if the shipping address provided was incorrect and your order has already been dispatched. This fee is NOT coming from me, it is carried onto you as a processing cost required by my 3rd party shipping company.

A NEW order needs to be placed in addition to the above processing fee if you need your order shipped with standard delivery times - the previous order will be refunded minus initial shipping costs ONLY IF the original order is returned to me. Please note that rejected parcels are not a priority to the postal companies and can take several months to be returned to the sender.

If you have time, we can wait for the post office to process and return the package. Upon receipt of the original package, I will contact you for re-shipment.

A refund for the product price cannot be issued unless the original parcel is returned to me - please note that shipping costs for the original parcel cannot be refunded as it is a service that has already been performed.

All prices are in USD. Payments can be made securely by credit card in US dollars, we accept PayPal, Visa and Mastercard.
